Ht. 5'3", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hi...i've tryed eating right and exercing but it doesn't last more than a day...when i get home from school all i do is eat anything and everything in my house. i've read books for teens on lossing weight but it doesn't work..does anyone have any suggestions???? please help!!!

sorry to interupt your post but the site wont let me post on the board i dont know why so im gonna post here sdooo sorry! ok I ate like 1450 calories today but thats how I have been eating because my doctor said that I need like 1800-2300 but thats to maintain so it hope 1450 sounds good, right? Oh and is a 60 min. gym class at school (like 40 min of actually playing) tennis like 3-4 times a week (like 40 min.s of playing) and a 20-40 min walk on days I dont have tennis or gym class ok exercise or dshould I do more. I mean I do the occasional 25 knee push ups and 50 curl ups (like 3 times a week.)ok thsnx 2 anyone who reads this and sorry again!

hello hows it going my mom says it would be good for me to try and find friend that i can talk to about my weight but their is no one on to talk to

Try to join after school clubs, maybe get a job, hang out with friends or go for a walk as soon as you get home. That way by the time you come home it'll probably be close to dinner time. =)
