Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 132 lb - .................... yeaterday i tried the whole eat more calories thing but by the time i got to 1400 i was just eating more and i wasnt hungry at all and i felt so gross so yea i dont think that really works 4 me :P .... weigh in on sunday hopefully ill b 161 or 162 and ill b off the plateu for sure :D .... i kinda have this girlfriend and we rnt exactly going out but its heading that way and she just makes me want 2 lose all this weight so i cn feel good when im with her cause she is like gorgeous :P

Same happened with me when I upped my calories to get off a plateau. Just try to eat more in the earlier part of the day like if you usually have cereal for breakfast have ceral and toast and if you have a sandwhich for lunch try a sandwhich and fruit and a veggie or something. Good Luck
