Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Hey. For right now I want to lose 15 pnds ! I'm pretty tall for my age I would say and I don't really look like I weigh 170 so I know losing 15 pnds would make a big diffrence . So I can wait my goal is by november 10 and I'm going grocery shopping this weekend I love shakes especially frm jak n box but I'm gonna start makeing my own do u guys have recipes like what to add thnks <3

Hey i no what ur talking about i am 5'8.5 and i weigh 180 and yea! its harder for me bc i am more mucle! but i like to make smoothies! get sum fruit!! its good just google recipes! GOOD LUCK;)

15 pounds is a very good goal that's what I usually say 15 pounds by soso time. But for every month it's 5 pounds
