From Samantha, Age 19 - 09/29/07 - IP#: 158.65.169.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So, I was feeling like I'd never start losing weight again, but yesterday I woke up and made two committments to myself: 1, don't drink anything but water, and 2, don't eat dessert. I did well with that all day and then (and this is the part that made me feel really good) I went and played 1 on 1 basketball last night (got so sweaty, it felt so good) and then I ran as fast as I could (which really isn't very fast, lol) back to my dorm from the gym. I felt so sweaty and gross and so GOOD. :-) Wish me luck!
