Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hi everyone....i need help!!! does anyone have suggestions for lossing weight?? has anyone read any books on lossing weight?? any help would be great! thanks

Start writting down everything u eat in a day and evaluate it. (Even stuff u are not proud of!) Then just start off slow, cut out pop, fast food, eating after 8, w/e u see is your problem. Make sure u add in some type of cardio even if its something small like taking a walk around your neighborhood. Just keep adding to it. Good luck!
