Ht. 5'5", Start: 256 lb, Today: 256 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! Well today was the start of my diet! Whoop Whoop! I am so proud of myself.. well here was my day: I didnt have breakfast cuz i dont like eating before school (i'll start though) LUNCH: turkey and cheese sandwhich. 260 calories and 9.5 grams of fat. DINNER: soup and salad. 550 calories and 8 grams of fat. DESSERT: 100 Calorie ice cream cup. 1.5 grams of fat. So, HOW DID I DO?! I know I didnt really eat that many calories, but its my first day and its really hard to count fat and calories. Plus, its really hard to eat enough food to have like 1300 calories. Well anyways, overall how did i do?? PLEASE respond!!!OH yeah and I also walked a mile after school! well PLEASE respond! ♥ Jillian!

For your first day that is pretty amazing. Just make sure you are drinking lots of water and try to throw in some more food with your meals even if its a piece of fruit or a salad. And trust me once u increase your exercise you will want to eat more because u will be burning more off so that might help u get up to those 1300 cals u are aiming for. yea u need to eat way more. hav a snack between lunch and dinner, and i kno u probly dont want to but u really hav 2 eat breakfast. u should hav quite a bit to eat but start off with small stuff like a fat free yogurt or a piece of toast or fruit and work ur way up. ur exercise is good :D but as u lose weight and get fitter u will probably need to step it up and do a few more miles. but for ur first day it was really good! ♥
