I DONT Im SOOO weak when it comes to food I wish I didnt have to eat I wish i could live off air I wish I didnt get tempted I just wish I could. and I want to get liposuction but my mom said I dont need it, but I DO i hate looking at myself I hate trying on clothes and when all and I mean ALLL my friends around me are skinny it just sucks ASS!! I hate it I cant stand it I need help I need support I need ADVICE someone help me not be so weak and actually reach my goal for the first time PLEASE. thanks guys!

Fast Food, pop, snacking after dinner, ect. Evaluate what u are putting in your body everyday. And you have to get some exercise in there too. Don't worry we have all been there, I promise u. The hardest thing is deciding u need to do and change it. We are here for u.
Reply from chritsian, Age 13 - 10/04/07 - IP#: 66.157.18.xxx listen.. i know how you feel ... i knwo this is hard but when you see the badd food ask yourself do i want 5 mins of goodness or a lifetime of being healthy and looking skinny...... its hard but ask yourself it.. your not that overweihgt yuo don't need lipo its ok just try hard its ok try to do 200 sit ups a night brake them up into groups of 20 or so at first and try to run 3 days a week about 1 or 2 miles... i hope i helped.........
