Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone! So today was kinda bad...Um here goes (B) Granola Bar-100 (L)Yogurt-100 and Half a sandwich-200 (S) 4 oreos-200 (D) Burger, about 20 fries, 1/3 piece of cheese cake Oh and I went to the gym and ran for a 1/2 hour and burned 400 cals. Idk I was in a good mood earlier its just my room mate annoys me so bad. She acts so dumb and its like the guys just eat her up oh and not to mention she weighs 105 lbs and she thinks she is fat. I just want to strangle her b/c she doesn't know what its like. She is playing with all these dif boys heads and I feel so bad for them while here I am and i can't get the one boy I am crazy about. Its just so frustrating. Hopefully the numbers are still down for tomorrow. I would be lying is i wasn't a lil nervous. Stay Strong.

its ok everyone has those days you just have to make up for it the next day. And you went to the gym thats awesome. On a personal level dont let your roomate get to you, i know girls like that and there just not worth your time or thoughts. And that boy will come just give it time and hell realize what a great person you are! I hope i helped. Keep the good work up :D

good luck. ur food wasnt THAT bad coulda been better but u kno that so its ok. i HATE people like that fricken annoys me so much!! lol
