Its really kinda up to u then u can just build on that. Also if you go to a gym some type of toning will help a lot too! Good luck!
Reply from Mandy, Age 16 - 10/06/07 - IP#: 121.223.22.xxx id say 4 ur height a good weight would b between 120 and 150 depending on how muscly u r. some tips 2 lose weight: try to do cardio exercise for 30+mins everyday or every 2nd day. try to make ur food choices healthy and read nutrition labels on foods to c wat u r eating. aim for 1200-1500 calories a day. try to eat like this: breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner-snack. eating every 2-3 hours will keep ur metabolism going and help u burn more calories :] hope this helped good luck!
