Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone. I really really need help. I need to lose all this weight by christmas time. I really do you have no idea. I need tips on excersise i think I know what to eat thats healthy, but really any tips about anything will be great.. because i'm so upset i feel like crying when i look at myself. i need help pleaseee

just try to make ur food choices 90-10. 80% of the food u eat will b healthy and only 10% will b junk. and try to do some sort of cardio everyday. good luck!!

Don't worry hun, but here are my tips. U kinda have to modify it to what u are doing now but the goal is to get in 30 min of cardio every day and then to help build up those muscles u gotta do some type of toning. Do u belong to a gym or anything or can get a hold of some weights?
