Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I always always do this stupid self-mutilationj thing. I eat like 2000 calories or more every Friday and Saturday. Then I eat like 1200 calories during the week so I won't gain weight. Why can I not just eat liken 1500 every single day and stop this annoying cycle! Its not fair. But since I already ate the 2000 calories both days I have to eat only 1200 every day this week to not gain. I have to stop setting myself up!

i do that 2!! eat more on the weekends it sucks ay but every time i go to eat more i just tell myself will eating this help me get to my goal? someimes it works sometimes im just like who cares lol but just keep trying and u'll learn to stop

Don't worry we all have those little types of bad habits, keep ur head up and just know that next weekend its going to change. Keep on losing!
