Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hey i need some more ideas for different types of excercising i can do. :) i normally take a walk, dance, or do my aerobics dvd's. and does anyone know a website where u can keep track of what u eat each day and how many calories they are?
