Ht. 5'5", Start: 256 lb, Today: 251 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! So I haven't posted here for a few days. Well, the thing is, I started my official diet Wednesday and did fine on it for a couple of days so I decided to weigh myself and I already had lost 5 pounds!!!! YAY!!! So that was Friday and all weekend I spent with my friends and I did HORRIBLE on my diet! So I weighed myself to see what the Damage was, and I Still Weighed what I did when i lost 5 pounds! YES!! Im So happy, but I've GOT to get back on my diet tomorrow. :] kk well PLEASE respond with tips cuz those are always good, or anything else. Bye guys. ♥♥ Jillian!

thanks guys.. ive just been trying to eat about between 1300 and 1400 calories a day and eating like 20-30 fat grams a day. :] thats about it! lol.. ohh yeah and i usually walk a mile or ride an excersize bike for like 4 miles.
