Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Well today was pretty ugh...yeah here goes (B)Nothing because i woke up at 1:00 (L) Coco Puffs, Toast, OJ (D) 3 Chicken Strips, a lil mac and cheese, Skim Milk and some of my mom's homemade apple crisp...yum Oh and then I just had some asparagus but thats ok. I didn't do any workout today tho but oh well i need one day off. Hmmm tomorrow is the start of a new week! Yay! I always hate the weekends cuz I get off! I have lost 5 lbs this week, pretty tight, 9 more til my first mini goals! Stay Strong everyone!
