Ht. 5'6", Start: 178 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hi guys well i just wanted some tips on the fastest way to trim down the fat on my stomach butt and thighs and well i am home sick today so i havn't gotten excersise in like 5 days hopefully i will feel better tomorrow so i can work out!! so please help me out especially my thighs ugh they are like jello the wiggle and jiggle LOL well my reasoning is i want to play girls water pollo and I dont want to look gross in one of those swimm suits so help me out here guys!! PLEASE!!

hey good luck i kno that you can do it about the leg thing i used to ride my bike alot when i was little and my legs aren't to bad so if you have a bike do hills and it will really make ur legs stronger and more toned so like GOOD LUCK:)
