Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So today i went running. Together with the walking home it was 45 mins. I did 50 situps. For breakfast i ate an apple and lunch was a 6inch turkey on wheat with no mayo from subway with baked chips. for a snack between this and dinner i had 1 packet of apple cinnamon instant oatmeal made with water since i didnt have very much breakfast. dinner is a veggie burger on wheat or with no bread with a salad. So far i've had 4 bottles of water. how do you guys think im doing?
