Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 105 lb - k so how do u guys think i'm going so far today?
B-whole grain cereal w/ apple. L-wheat bread and tuna sandwhich. snack-banana and 5 prezels. idk what i'm getting for dinner yet though, hopefully something low in calories. i'm really busy though w/ hw so what are some types of excercises that burn a lot of calories but don't take up that much time?
