Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had so far. Breakfast noodles,water. For lunch sandwhich ham, water, 100cal pak, 100 cal pak. For snack yogurt and 100 cal pak and 80 cal thing. For supper not sure yet. For exerise 20 min basketball and maybe something else. So how did I do
