From Deanna, Age 14 - 10/09/07 - IP#: 24.62.245.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey everyone! ugh, no exercise today. it always seems like i run out of time during the day. it sucks. eating was ok, here's what i ate: B- blueberry muffin loaf (packaged thing you get a convenience stores), L- caesar salad, whole wheat roll, and chocolate milk, S-banana and onion bagel w/ butter, D- Velveeta mac + cheese. It wasn't horrible, but I could have done wayyyy better. Tonight I'm gonna go to bed early, get all comfy, and make a list of my goals, a schedule of my day, meal plan, and whatever else I think of. the hardest thing to do is get off the darn computer! before i know it, it's already 10 :p. So I gotta make finish this up and finish my spanish hw lol. I'll let you know how tomorrow goes! I have gym, but hopefully I can still participate :p
