Ht. 5'5", Start: 254 lb, Today: 254 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Alright everybody, I have come to a decision. It is time to stop messing around and start to get to it! I am going to go back on my diet tomorrow, and I am going to start my long path to lose those 104 pounds! I have faith in myself and I can do it. But you guys are gunna have to help me along the way, I need all the support I can get. I'll post messages on the bulletin board every day telling how I did, and every Monday I am going to weigh myself. I am going to drink ONLY water, nothing else! I will have 1300-1400 calories a day, and I will lose weight! I am pretty exited to get started. :] kk well Respond with tips or anything PLEASE! Thanks guys! ♥

The first few days are the worsttt but if you keep to it, the longer you do it, say by the 5th day you wont want to binge because of all the work that youve done you know? The day before make out a meal plan for the next day so you make sure you don't overeat :] just believe you can finally do it, and you really can! good luck! 3 by the way if you want a weight buddy im about the same weight as you.
