Ht. 5'5", Start: 14 st 0, Today: 14 st 0, Goal: 12 st 0 - i am just starting my diet and i need alot of help, i am overweight and tried dieting so many times, i will post messages often when i start losing but how do i start HELP ME! please. lol    (Note: 14 st 0 is 196 lb.)

Hey! Just start out by making a basic meal plan that you want to go by, don't go under 1000 calories a day. Make sure you have all your basical vitamins youd need, such as calcium and drink as much water as humanly possible! And then make up a workout or excersize plan and just to go by those two and pretty soon you'll start losing. good luck you can do it!
