Ht. 5'8", Start: 227 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I have been on this website three times and thats it!!!!!!!! I'm sick of me I'm having trouble breathing Because of my weight this nothing stopping me but me and I have to stop now!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you get down to that weight
