Ht. 5'5", Start: 14 st 0, Today: 14 st 0, Goal: 12 st 0 - hi i'm just starting and have heard some good advice,it is that i must have an eating and exersize plan, now i know this i need help on getting an plan for eating and exersize, can you lot please help me.    (Note: 14 st 0 is 196 lb.)

hi im dezzi u said u need and and thats wat im here to do for ur excersise (sp) u can ride a bike for a half and hour every day and at night before u go to bed do 50 sit- ups and as for eatinghave steamed veggies and baked chicken just dont get greasy fried foods and if u go to a restaraunt get something like salad and something baked i hope im helping good luck!!!!!!!!! ;)
