Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - hey so I started today of pretty well. I found a workout buddy so today we're going to the gym for maybe a hour. I had cottage cheese for b-fast, and then yogurt for lunch and with a salad for dinner. I plan on having this same mealplan for the next two weeks, so my body can get used to eating less and working out. Alright wish me luck.
