Ht. 5'7", Start: 305 lb, Today: 305 lb, Goal: 175 lb - ok i was trying to lose weight at the beginning of this school year i was 295- now im up to 305 and im sick of not being able to fit into the desks at school or getting tired going up 1 flight of steps and as a guy its embarrasing to be fat cauze even my friends punch me in the belly please help

You know what you need to do.Eat less, eat healthier and make an attempt at exercising everyday.I understand it's hard..i've lost alot of weight and can actually tie my own shoes now. It's gonna take WILLPOWER, and you are the only one who can do this for yourself.My friends used to punch me in the belly too.They said it was so big and soft they couldnt help it.I told them to stop, and they wouldnt. I promised to sit on the next one who punched my gut.They got the point, because im not a violent guy.I let them poke pat and grab my gut and love handles, but they stopped punching me. I wish i could help you, because ive been where you are now. Encouragement is nice, but YOU gotta decide it's time to shed the pounds and do WHAT IT TAKES to make it happen. --Nick--

just take it slow. start eating a little better and less, you dont have to make a drastic change like eating salad all the time but lets say you eat chips and junk a lot, try cutting it down and do like 10 mins of exercise a day. because you weigh more just this little change will have big results. bigger people tend to lose weight a lot faster in the beginning because they have more weight to lose. you can do it, you justhave to believe you can and realize that if its something that will make you happy, it's worth it. well good luck :)
