Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - so after that binge the other day im finding it a lot easier to eat healthy,maybe cause i ate so much it made bad foods disgusting to me haha hope everyones doing good! i've been trying to work out everyday, its been working so far but i know ill get lazy eventually. i wanna be 188 by halloween. wish me luck!
