Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - oh man i am never drinking that much again! i didnt eat much yesterday, then i got drunk for a friends birthday party. yeah you guessed it im hungover! so i barely ate anything today either i just had a little bit of salad and spaghetti. can't stomach it. oh well it's not like im complaining, for once im not starving constantly lol i think those numbers are almost ready to go down. god i hope they do!! wish me luck, been working out everyday so far! good luck everybody

Yeah i've heard of it too but like amanda said u usually gain a good chunk of it back which would suck plus i like chewing stuff...LoL

Hunni I am right there with u, LoL the weekends are the greatest aren't they? Feel better! Pepto always helps me plus chugging lots of water and taking 3 aspirin the moment I wake up.
