Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I hate being like this. I hate how i look in my clothes and how i feel. Its awful. back in feb and march i was down to like 130, I KNOW!!! but i went up because i got careless and let stress get me. !!!! so im gonna start dieting again, i never have been one to eat bad food, just a bit too much late at night! my work schedule is everywhere, but thats no excuse.
so im gonna tell you what i ate today. i didnt wake up till 3 today so its off track. i ate a bit of steamed green beans, two tiny peices of yellow cheese. a peice of roast with cheese and lots of tomato in a small tortilla(oops) a peice of apple pie(uh-oh), 1 glass of milk, 1 bottle water, 1 glass of cran-apple juice, and a can of root beer, 1 bowl of cheerios...??? how bad did i do today

Hey trust me we all go back I used to be 150 and look at me now 30 lbs back on. Its so frustrating, but if I were u I would just cut out the things that are just like empty cals (cough rootbeer cough) LoL. Good luck! It seems like u are getting back on track!
