Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok this is to the people who asked me how I lost the weight becasue I am 105lbs now but I keep writing oin this board becasue I am struggling with maintaining so when I have that down I will stop writing but Im here for now! Anyway, I ate 1350 calories a day and ate a dessert at least once a week so I wouldnt crave anything and binge a lot. If you count calories liek I did you can count in your dessert and be fine! I liked Dairy Queen's small cherry sundae(250 calories) or their plane vanilla on a cone(240 calories.) If you eat out a lot which i do then look up nutritional facts for the place you are going or if their isnt any than order chciken or eggplant or salad...no fried anyhting or crispy! Try all sauces on the side, ask for veggies or something besides rice or fries. Always drink diet drinks or water too. Don't get too crazy about exercise unless you really like it. I only jogged three times total while losing weight. Walking briskly 30-40 minutes is great, pilates, exercise bike like 15-30 minutes....if you cant due to injury or time or just not in the mood its ok to just do like sit-ups pushups and cycle your legs a little for one day. Its ok to overeat occasionly just dont make it a habit and get back on track. I actually used to weigh 165 lbs so i losy around 60 lobs in about year. Hi! Miranda omg! congratulations on your weight loss. I'm relpying to you because I fell like I can relate to you on a height and weight basis. I'm 5ft and 1/2 of an inch almost 5'1! lol and I'm 126 lbs. I was 130 for a while but 120 to 126 is my usual weight. My problem is my weight isn't my enemy. It's more that I'm really un-toned it's ridiculous. Like my legs hardly have any firmness to this and I was wondering if your case was the same as mine. And i was wondering if you had any inspiring tips for me or advice on excersising.
