Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 124 lb - hi its me dezzi i havent left anything on here in a while and well ive lost so much weight im so happy ive been skayeboarding and swimming and riding my bike and stuff everyday im so happy im starting to feel better about myself and im just so excited to lose weight and im looking into a great path in life for me so if anyone has more tips for me can u please give em to me thanx ;) and good luck to all of u who need it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
