Ht. 4'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 125 lb - heyy i have been on this site before and i got really good advice but that was a couple of years ago now i put back on so much weight. im soo mad because i never have time to go to the gym,and i always come home from school soo hungry and i eat the wrong foods what should i do im desperate :( i never have time to do anything please help

Hey Priya, I would try to eat fruit when you come home. That's what I'm gonna try and do cuz when i eat fruit it usually keeps me full for a while. Also try to wait 15 mins after you've eatin the whole thing cuz thats how long it take for your body to let you know your full and if you still hungry allow youself to eat a bit more. Cuz i know i am starving when i come home from school too! I always tell my mom I can eat like a man but shes says it because I'm a growing teenager!? so I hope that helps ya out some.
