Ht. 5'9", Start: 357 lb, Today: 357 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hey guys. I have tried a billion diets but they don't work and I think the reason why is I don't have anyone around to help support me. There isnt any gyms around where I live and all of my family is overweight and none of them really want to try and lose weight. All I really need is a support system and since there is no one around me I was hoping to find it somewhere here. If you guys have any advice or tips plz let me know I'll take anything. I am going to start excersing and watching what I eat tomorrow I want to try and lose at least 50 pounds to 100 pounds by May so wish me luck!

Ok Girl! You got support every day you wake up know that there are millions of teens struggling to do the exact thing you are. Advice for losing weight:
-Dont starve your self, just fill up on chicken salads and more
- Excersize! Obviously lol
- Be aware of what you eat and how much of it you eat
- The first couple of days are hard, but as soon as you get through it youll feel better
- You should only be losing 2 pounds a week at the most for healthy weight loss, and more then that is unhealty and means you could easily regain it.
- COncentrate on othr activities besides eating.
- Tell your family that you want to be healthy. and that it is important to you.
- Losing weight is also a time to get to know yourself and who you want to become as a person
- At times you will be your only support, many teens are often nagged for eating healthy when their skinny friends are eating bad food. Just know it will catch up with them.
- Talk to yourself in the mirror in the morning, remind yourself of your goal and how beautiful you are inside and OUT!
-It is a long process i cant lie to you but once you see the first few pounds fly off from excersizing and eating healthy it will get better. You'll feel better.
- Good luck Girlie! Do this for you, not for some boy. Believe in yourself and have fun with friends!!
You are living now, dont wait until you are skinny to have fun and go out. Thin is where its been, and fat is where its AT!! Dont lose the curves, just get healthy. Have fun and Good luck! I know you can do it!
