Reply from Miranda, Age 15 - 11/03/07 - IP#: 71.125.83.xxx you could try baby carrots with ham or turkey or salami ect..it gives you protien with out the sandwhich and I like it. You can have that and yogurt and a fruit or something...Those 100 cal. packs are good too.
Reply from Shekina, Age 19 - 11/02/07 - IP#: 74.130.0.xxx I totally understand. Eating the same thing every day gets so boring, especially when it's something you don't like so much in the first place! I can be honest with you, and tell you that's a lot of the reason I haven't stuck to my diets in the past. :P Soup is a nice option that's usually low in calories... and can sometimes be healthy, depending on what kind you have :P Maybe grilled chicken and fruit, or sun chips... You basically just have to open your mind and explore your options, and what you like. The best thing I can tell you is to have VARIETY. I think it's the best way to stay on track. :)
Reply from sarah, Age 15 - 11/02/07 - IP#: 66.112.231.xxx i love sandwhiches. you can make them really interesting! i love putting turkey, mustard, lettuce, pickels, guacamole.. etc. you can also make pita sandwhiches.. in pita bread... sometimes.. i make salads for lunch.. or try.. pasta salad.. (use whole grain pasta, olives, olive oil, vinegar, shreaded low fat cheese.. etc) it's soo good!! fruits, veggies, i love dried cranberries.. they are sweetened.. so be careful..but it's a good alternative instead of candy or fruit snacks.. hm.. just be creative!!
