Ht. 5'4", Start: 154 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i heard of a new weight loss plan once you are at your goal weight, its called the every other day diet. one day you eat normally like you would and the next day you diet, and you just do it every other day, ive been doing it for about a month now after my goal weight and i havent put on one pound!
