Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - .................. im feeling pretty meh about today, it wasnt bad but im not completely happy with it .. i wanted more fruit but we didnt have any :( lol but neway heres wat i had : B- special K w/ nofat milk =140, S- muslie bar=88, LChicken and mayo sandwhich =290, S- 4 rice crackes w/ butter and vegemite =68, pear =60, D- chicken and rice = 400, D- ice-cream =95... so thats 1197 calories and i went for a 20 min walk/run on my treadmill .. shoulda gone for longer but i didnt. im gunna get up early and go 4 a run 2morro morning b4 school :D only 3 weeks left of school and im a senior!! wow lol scary ♥ ♥

it took me years 2 do it :P basically i just ate healthy and i try 2 excercise every day .. thats it really
