Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - YAAAAAY I DID IT! i finally lost another pound which mean... i am finally finally finally in the 180's! 14 pounds to go until my goal weight! oh my gosh im so excited just when i thought i should give up, its paying off!
