Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Today was weigh day for me... and I only lost half of a pound this week. :( This thing won't let you change your weight in half pound increments either... so it looks like I didn't lose any! :'( This was my first week too... so it makes me a little discouraged, but I am feeling healthier and I've been having an easier time going to sleep at night. So there have been some benefits... I was really hoping to lose more weight than half a pound though. :( Now I really hope I drop more next week.

my mom says that i am purfictaly fine on how much i weigh so is 190 over weight? should i be woryed about how much i weigh?

It's better than not losing any! It's still an improvement so try to be happy with all losses, it helps keep your motivation up! Good Luck!
