And then on weekdays i do atleast 25 situps and atleast 20jumping jacks and ride my bike to school and back, probly about 1 1/2 miles. And on weekends atleast 75 situps, atleast 35 jumping jacks, and at least 5 pushups. Plus eating healthy. Sound good? Or do i need to do more? i want to lose at lest 15 before Christmas. Think i can?
