Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - what work outs are best for bellys? love handles? thighs? i need to know so i can do them more.

Cardio in general. I suggest atleast an hour a day. I like simple distance running. Or if you're at the gym you can go 20 minutes on each machine until you hit an hour. I like the rowing machine because it works abs and arms as well as the heart.
