Ht. 5'6", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Okay, so I'm ready to start my diet again. Tired of looking at my tire on my belly.
I love working out..but it's the eating part that gets me.
I use to be pretty skinny in junior high but i was in dance and sports. But i had to quit cause i had something wrong with my heart... but I'm ready to get back out there.
I want to start off slow and work my way up. I'm starting to drink A LOT of water, and I'm in a health class learning a lot of stuff about muscle endurance, and eating healthy. And next semester I'll be in aerobics.. So right now I'm looking for a person to help me stay on track, a supporter(cause my family doesn't support me they don't think i can do it.) so if anyone wants to be my supporter/weight buddy.

i understand you 100% i love to walk do yoga, dance, go on the bike i just feel really good when i workout but when it comes to eating i can't control myself i know what to do but it's easier said than done.

Omg me too! Haha I love working out but I just can't get it in sync with what I eat. Its so hard trying to break it but we will both get there, oh and if ya wanna diet buddy i'm the one who added u on myspace um last night so just send me a message, Good luck!
