Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 135 lb - OH yeah i also have a question, is it better to workout in the morning or at night?

in the morning, preferably when ur stomach is empty. because this way, when you exercise, you are burning fat instead of calories from the food you just ate.

It really depends on YOU. If you like working out at night, good for you! Vice-versa, good for you, too!
