Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i did a good job today :) i didn't have time for breakfast because i was running late for my teaching field work, but for lunch i had a small turkey sandwhich on wheat bread and some carrot sticks. for dinner the cafeteria had a salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and onions. it looked pretty healthy and was filling because of the grilled chicken. for dessert i had a 100 calorie pudding. tomorrow i want to go running in a really nice neighborhood near my school. i find it more enjoyable to run while admiring all of the mansions haha. im so glad i found this website. it really does keep me motivated. im trying to get my boyfriend to lose weight with me..and he keeps saying he will but then bails out on me. i just want what is best for our health, and i dont know how i can get him to understand that. any ideas?

Tell him if he don't lose weight then you'll break up with him. No really I wouldn't do that. He might be embarrased because he has to lose weight. Ask him why he bails out on you all the time

Try showing him how much weight you're losing. Coax him into weight loss, like asking him to walk (run... XD) you home!
