Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - lol ok so it looks like the challenge is a go...alright so i counted how many days starting Monday the 19th would it be till Christmas. It's a total of 36 days. That is a great amount of time for us to get into a healthy routine and drop a few lbs. If we work to lose 1-2 lbs a week, we wont be disappointed bc if u r committed 1-2 lbs will definitely be lost every week, and if we lose more than 1-2 lbs a week it's like yey!! i went over the goal. So anyways this is approximately 5 weeks, so I'm positive 10 lbs or more can be lost by Christmas.
Alright so the first Checkin is Monday the 19th, everyone interested in the challenge should post their plans on how they plan on losing weight, how much they want to by Christmas...remember be reasonable this is like a present u dont want to be disappointed...Oh and I am starting the challenge on the 19th so everyone has the weekend to plan out their weight loss regimen and to find things to keep them motivated...For example I took pictures of myself and placed them on a poster with "Current" written on top...on the other half of the poster I wrote "Soon to be me" i placed pictures of my favorite actresses, dresses, hot guys, and the beach...SO be sure to plan out how u want to lose weight, what will keep u motivated, and g'luck

I'm 5'8'' 176 by christmas i would like to be 165. to get me motvated i am buying a shirt in a size smaller then what i am and when i loss the weight i can wear it then. i have a movie called darrens dance moves i'm going to do and eat between 1100 and 1500 calories a day

well right now i'm 5'7 and 168 pounds. By christmas i would like to weigh 158. I just want to be in the 150's. I am keeping a food jiournal and trying to eat between 1200-1300 calories a day. I am on the swim team so i swim for 1 hour and 45 minutes 5 days a week. so yay i'm excited.

Right now I'm 6' tall and 187lbs. I'd like to be 179 by Christmas and be in the 170's which I haven't been in since...well, I can't even remember. I plan on eating in moderation and stopping when I'm full. Plus, eating breakfast and no snacking. I also plan on atleast an hour of cardio a day and weight training 4 days of the week and no refills on sugary drinks. In fact, I will only have one glass of iced tea or lemonade a day.

By Christmas I'd like to be 173. Not a huge goal but I loose slowly so I don't want to set my expectations too high. I plan on dumping all tempting food from my house this weekend. I've already started a "before and after" journal, and I'm gonna re-read "The Diet For Teenagers Only". I will follow the plan for me and exercise every Mon. and Wed. for 30 min. and every day in between (except Sunday) for 10 min. =) I'm gonna try my best so I wish everyone else good luck and thanks for starting this challenge!
