Focus on your breathing, and do what you can. Try looking on the internet for pictures of healthy things that you want to look like. For example, if you hate your legs, find a picture of some nice legs, print it out, and use it to motivate yourself. I want a flat stomach and a six pack (I have big muscles, they're just hidden by flab TT_TT), so I have pictures of healthy flat stomachs on my bulletin board.
