Ht. 5'3", Start: 184 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing great on your diets and staying healthy. I have great news! I got on the scale today and saw that I lost 4 pounds yay! I hope to get to my goal of 173 by Christmas. Good luck to everyone!
