Ht. 5'6", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in awhile. Well to tell the truth, I havent been doing so good lately. I have just been slacking off on my diet. I wanted to start one in i think literally like July, and so far I have lost nothing. I hope to lose at least 50 pounds by the time i go to highschool, which is in about 9 months. I know I can do it, but I really have to commit. I have faith. I am ready to get back on my diet. Today so far I have only had this pasta thing with tomatoes. Like 400 calories or something around there. So far I am doing good, so Im gunna keep going. I will reach my goal weight!!!!! Well please respond with tips, critisism, anything would be greatly appreciated! :) Good Luck everyone! I'll post again later!

hey! well i think that you can definately lose 50 pounds in 9 months, probably in even less time if you put your mind to it! just remember, never look at the whole picture. dont tell yourself you need to lose 50 pounds, start with losing just ten pounds. its noticeable, people will start complimenting you, and youll feel and look better. if you focus on mini goals its easier to get to the overall goal. i used to get discouraged when id tell myself i had to lose 50 pounds, but instead i said okay, im gonna try my hardest to lose another 5 pounds. and now look at me, im down 40 pounds with only 10 to go! i know you can do it, just keep telling yourself its possible, and think of how good you'll feel when you're thin. hope i helped! good luck :)
