Ht. 5'1", Start: 125 lb, Today: 124 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I play a sport like most of you do. But I am overweight. =(
i've tried changing my diet to get it more heatlhy, but i sorta give up at one point. You know when you think[oh i'll do this later nothing will happen] but something did. I was a happy 113 during the summer but when i came back to skool i gained 13 LBS!!! But i've tried something different now that seems to work. I made myself a collage of all the cute things i could where and pasted it on my wall & started going rollarblading with my brother 3 times a week. Another thing is that my family dosnet eat the heatlhiest foods(which im trying to change) ex. Thai food, CHinese food, Iltanion etc. I'll try not to quit and get myself MoTiVated! And for the people like me who just cant find that inspriation KEEP Trying! =D

personally, i dont think u are fat...i also think that that 13 pounds u gained was from muscle from doing the sports...i guess u could be a few pounds lighter but u arent that overweight...just keep doing ur sports...
