NOT REALLY IT IS TRUE THAT WHEN YOU REST YOU BURN A LOT OF CALORIES BUT IF YOU EXERSISE WHILE YOU ARE AT REST YOU WILL LOOSE EVEN MORE CALORIES. IT ALL DEPENDS
