Reply from Jeimi, Age 17 - 12/01/07 - IP#: 67.87.194.xxx i think both because if they know you are trying to lose weight they shouldn't take you to fast food places and yours too because you know you want to lose weight and your the only who can control what goes in your body but it's ok cause we all know how hard it is at first you have to force yourself not to eat bad foods
Reply from Samantha, Age 19 - 12/01/07 - IP#: 158.65.169.xxx Don't worry about whose fault it is, but definitely address this with your parents (without placing blame.) You can ask them to help you make healthier choices. Also, there are things you can do to help yourself lose weight regardless of what your parents provide for you to eat. You can drink more water (a lot more water,) excercise (whether you go to the gym or just dance to a fast song when you're alone in your room.) If you have stairs in your house make a point of going up and down them several times a day, go out of your way to walk more, just move your body in any way you can. And when they do bring you pizza or bugers or whatever, eat until you're satisfied and put the rest in the refrigerator for later. And if someone eats it on you, all the better! People tend to gorge themselves on yummy food like pizza and burgers but if you remember that it's just a normal meal you won't let yourself overeat. Good luck!
