Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 180 lb - yay i lost 5 pounds i'm so proud of myself i finally went on a whole week and i'm not going back to my old ways well since today is sunday i get to rest on the workouts today cuz i did it the whole week well hope everyone did good this week and remember belive in yourself NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER GO BACK SEE YA

the most calories i allow myself to have is 1500 but i usally have 1200 and i go to the gym 4 days a week stregnth train 2 times a week and dance for 3 mins fri, sat, and sometimes on sun well that's about it and GOOD LUCK o by the way i try to stay away from fast foods and sugar GOOD LUCK
